We've added a Connect with us on Slack call-to-action across the app. One click spins up a shared channel between your workspace and ours — the fastest possible path between you and the engineers building qlane.
We staff the channel during business hours in CET and PT and aim to respond inside an hour for anything that's blocking you. Outside those hours we still see your messages and follow up first thing the next morning.
The channel is intentionally low-volume from our side — no marketing blasts, no "just checking in" pings. Use it for whatever helps you ship: bug reports, feature ideas, naming arguments, screenshots of broken UI, GIFs of working UI.
