A friendlier project members dialog

Member management gained avatars, role descriptions, and a cleaner invite form so adding a teammate feels like one step, not three.

The project members dialog got a substantial polish. Roles now ship with one-line descriptions next to each option, so you don't have to remember which one can edit environments and which one can only read sessions. Member rows show avatars and a hover state matching the rest of the dashboard.

The invite form was simplified down to two fields and a role picker; we removed the extra confirm step that used to live behind a dropdown. The dialog also remembers the last role you picked, which is a small thing — but you do tend to invite people in batches.

It's a tiny surface, but it's one every admin touches every time the team grows. Making it nicer was overdue.
