Where is our data stored?
In the region you pick at sign-up, the European Union or the United States. Customer content is never replicated cross-border.
Do model providers train on our code?
No. We do not use your source code to train models, and the model providers that process AI requests for us do not train on them, under their terms or our AI gateway provider’s agreements with them.
Can we turn on zero data retention?
It is available under an Enterprise agreement that includes it, and Qlane turns zero data retention on for your organization. Every AI request made for it in work started afterwards is then served only by a provider that keeps no prompt or output after the request, apart from prompt caching of up to 5 minutes, under our AI gateway provider’s agreements with each provider.
How is Enterprise billed?
By invoice, under our manual billing process. Starter and Pro are billed self-serve through Stripe.
Is Qlane SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. A SOC 2 Type II audit is on our roadmap.
