Follow a pull-request run stage by stage

The session page shows which stage a run is in, failed builds explain themselves, and test credentials work in every environment.

A pull-request run goes through several stages, from preparing the environment to verifying the results. The session page now shows the current stage live, so a long run never looks stuck.

When an environment fails to install, build or start, the logs that explain why are now in the dashboard.
