Chat survives reloads and long-running work, chats join the Sessions page, and you can run a single test case.
A conversation with the agent now lives on the server, not in your browser tab. Reload the page or close the laptop and the agent keeps working; when you come back, the conversation picks up where it was.
Chats and test runs now share one timeline on the Sessions page, and test results appear right in the chat.
