A guided onboarding flow

First-run setup is now a friendly five-step wizard — organization, project, source, plan, done — with progress saved at every step.

We replaced the bare-bones first-run setup with a proper five-step wizard. Step 1 names your organization. Step 2 creates your first project. Step 3 connects a GitHub repo so we can read PRs and post results back. Step 4 picks a plan (or routes to a sales conversation, if that's where you fit). Step 5 lands you in the dashboard with the first session already queued.

Every step is reversible and remembers your progress, so you can step away and come back without starting over. The wizard validates as you go: if your GitHub install completes but the OAuth callback fails, we tell you exactly which permission is missing instead of dumping you back to step one.

This is the first thing every new team sees. We wanted it to feel like the rest of the app — not a configuration form bolted onto a launch announcement.

You can change this later from billing.

  • Five steps: organization → project → source → plan → done.
  • Per-step validation with specific errors on GitHub install or OAuth failures.
  • Progress is persisted so you can leave and come back without losing your place.
  • Lands you in the dashboard with a first session already queued.
