A new way to start a test session

A redesigned New Test Session dialog, a detailed bug view, Watch Paths, and sign-in that takes you to your region.

Starting a test session now takes one dialog: pick the environment, choose a run mode and, if you like, start with a message to the agent.

Bugs got a page of their own with the steps, the expected and actual results, and screenshots. And with Watch Paths you decide which parts of a repository trigger pull-request tests.
